Individual service rates are:

• $30 per 15 minutes of any service excluding laser therapy
• $60 per 15 minutes of service for laser therapy

Unlimited service plans may be purchased for 1-month durations with or without a contract requirement. Unlimited plans allow patients to receive unlimited numbers and types of services at deeply discounted prices. Because unlimited plans require very little out-of-pocket expense for each service, they are good investments for individuals who wish regularly maintain results as well as those who desire to get fast, optimal results when recovering from illnesses or injuries. Unlimited plans work similarly to insurance plans, as they have a premium (recurrently billed monthly), a pass card that must be presented before receiving service, and a small ($10/15 minutes of service) fee due at the time of service.  Premiums are billed automatically at the beginning of each month and do not change with number of services received. Service fees are taken at the time of service rendered. All unlimited plans require a credit card to be kept on file that will automatically renew the membership until HPS is notified that the membership is to be cancelled. HPS requires 72-hour notification before the next billing cycle to cancel unlimited plan subscriptions. Premiums are not pro-rated and early termination of 1-year plans will incur a $350 fee.
